Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Meet clients, builders, contractors, and consultants at project sites
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into orders
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical preferred)
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site
Basic knowledge of infrastructure systems, fire fighting, parking, solar, or STP is a plus
