Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.

  • Promote company products & services to customers through presentations, proposals, and technical discussions.

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and negotiate to close deals.

  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  •  Negotiation and client-handling ability

  • Basic knowledge of engineering products / services (preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings / site visits
