Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Prefabricated Structural Buildings

Job Description

Alpha Enterprises / Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of Prefabricated Structural Buildings, Portable Cabins, Site Offices, Security Cabins, Kiosks, and Industrial Prefab Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.

• Identify and develop customers in construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

• Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.

• Conduct product presentations and explain the advantages of prefabricated building solutions.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely project coordination.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

Eligibility:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in prefabricated structures, construction materials, building products, steel structures, portable cabins, PEB, or related industries.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales interest may also apply.

• Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and own a two-wheeler.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.

• Customer relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
