Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at Accurate Recruitment Solutions. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by cold calls from the given area and customers.

   Visit 4-5 customers in a day.

   Continuous Follow-up with customers for conversions of leads into orders

   Ontime Payment collection.

   Achieve given monthly, Quarterly & yearly Sales target

   Technical discussions of products and application with customers.

   Maintain relationship with customers for replacement business and new references.

   Plan weekly visits.

   Efficiently complete the sales process from inq. generation to payment collection.

   Use CRM for all sales activities.

   Attend weekly meeting with Principal company and discuss on Sales Funnel.

   Coordinate for order booking and invoicing with principal company.Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
