Upvoit is a field service management software platform built for commercial cleaning companies in the United States. We help cleaning business owners run their crews, track job quality, and keep their clients happy. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven SDR to book qualified sales demos with US-based commercial cleaning companies.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to reach out to US commercial cleaning companies (by phone and email), start conversations, qualify them, and book demo calls onto the founder’s calendar. You won’t be closing deals — your one mission is booking quality demos with the right companies.
What You’ll Do
• Make 50–80 outbound cold calls per day to US commercial cleaning companies
• Follow up with prospects by email and SMS
• Qualify leads (company size, type of cleaning, decision-maker)
• Book qualified demos onto the founder’s calendar
• Keep the CRM updated with notes and call outcomes
• Hit weekly targets for calls made and demos booked
Who You Are
• 1+ years of experience in cold calling or SDR work for US or international markets
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent (you’ll be calling US business owners)
• Comfortable and confident on the phone — you don’t get rattled by rejection
• Organized, self-driven, and reliable working independently
• Familiar with CRMs and outreach tools (or quick to learn)
Requirements
• Available to work US business hours (this is non-negotiable — you’ll be calling US companies during their workday)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for calls
• A headset and a computer capable of running calling software
• Stable, long-term availability (this is an ongoing role, not a short gig)
Nice to Have
• Experience selling SaaS or software
• Experience in field service, cleaning, or B2B services industries
• Track record of hitting demo-booking targets
