Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
• Generate leads through Cold Calling, Data Mining, Social Media, and other channels
• Execute marketing activities including Mass Email, SMS, and social media campaigns
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients
• Prepare sales reports, MIS data, and presentations for review meetings
• Ensure accurate and timely data management as per reporting schedules
• Support day-to-day sales operations and coordination activities

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience
✔ Knowledge of social media platforms and lead generation techniques
✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Tally ERP, and Internet applications
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Punctual, proactive, and able to manage multiple follow-ups effectively
