Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing role based in Noida. The Telemarketer will engage potential customers in the defence and industrial markets through outbound calls, introduce Zenya’s rugged IT products, qualify leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires clear communication of product benefits and accurate gathering of client requirements.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, or appointment scheduling
Sales acumen and ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Customer-focused attitude and relationship-building capability
Prior telemarketing or inside-sales experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
