We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive who understands the CCTV industry, can patiently listen to customer requirements, recommend the right solution and successfully close CCTV installation projects.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding security requirements, coordinating site surveys, preparing solution-based proposals, following up professionally and converting qualified enquiries into confirmed projects.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in selling CCTV cameras, surveillance systems or electronic security solutions. The candidate should be confident in handling customers, negotiating professionally, achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries for CCTV installation and security solutions.
- Understand the customer’s property, security concerns, project scope and budget.
- Listen patiently and recommend suitable CCTV solutions instead of focusing only on product pricing.
- Explain IP cameras, AI surveillance, NVR systems, storage, night vision, remote monitoring and related technologies clearly.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project assessments.
- Work with the internal team to prepare quotations, proposals and technical recommendations.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed CCTV installation projects.
- Handle pricing discussions, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales records in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations teams after project confirmation.
- Build relationships with homeowners, offices, builders, architects, factories, warehouses and commercial organisations.
- Generate new business through references, networking, local market development and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support Yendra Techno Solution’s long-term business growth and market expansion.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the CCTV, electronic security, access control, IT networking or system integration industry.
- Proven experience in closing CCTV installation projects.
- Experience handling residential, commercial or industrial customers.
- Good understanding of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, PoE switches, storage and surveillance networking.
- Experience preparing quotations and following up until project closure.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience with a CCTV installation company, security system integrator, distributor or surveillance brand.
- Existing connections with builders, architects, facility managers, factories, offices or commercial customers will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI CCTV, IP surveillance, access control and IT networking will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English, Kannada and Hindi will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to attend customer meetings and site visits are preferred.
