We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage outbound/inbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team in generating business opportunities. The role involves calling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and setting up meetings/demos for the sales team.
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through calling, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer needs and share basic product/service information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales managers with qualified leads.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead/customer information.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments fixed.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales (Freshers can apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, or regional languages as required).
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
