Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Wilson Exports. This role involves replying customers on different social media platforms and solve their queries and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales target. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 20,000 along with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Reply and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Solve customers query professionally and convert leads into sales.
Reply professionally and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Give customers proper details of the products if asked.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead GenerationGood English, Internet Surfing is an added advantage.
