Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
1. Sample & Trial Coordination
Coordinate and monitor sample dispatches to additive customers.
Track trial progress, customer feedback, approvals, and outcomes.
Follow up for repeat orders post successful trials.
2. Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
Regular follow-up with sales managers for order status, closures, and payment updates.
Ensure timely updates from the field sales team.
Support negotiation and documentation as required.
3. Customer & Sales Documentation
Maintain customer-wise records including inquiries, quotations, trial status, and order history.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.
4. Sales Analysis & Opportunity Tracking
Track monthly buying patterns of customers.
Identify repeat order opportunities and cross-selling possibilities.
Share insights with the sales team for proactive action.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with supply chain and stores for inventory tracking.
Highlight demand-supply gaps to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Assist in planning replenishment based on sales trends.
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain dashboards for trials, orders, collections, and pipeline.
Support management reviews with accurate MIS.
7. Exhibition & Lead Management
Handle exhibition and trade fair leads follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation, lead allocation, and closure tracking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely dispatch and tracking of samples and trials (TAT adherence).
Conversion rate from trials to repeat orders.
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM and sales documentation.
• Number of follow-ups completed with sales managers and customers.
• Improvement in repeat orders and customer engagement.
• Timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Effective coordination leading to reduced stockouts or delays.
• Lead conversion ratio from exhibitions and events.
