Job Title: Online Order Executive – WhatsApp & Instagram (#####Brand)

Role Overview:

Manage customer orders end-to-end on WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs/comments. Ensure fast, polite responses, accurate order processing, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer queries & order requests on WhatsApp & Instagram

· Process orders, confirm details, coordinate with delivery team

· Share product images, prices, and payment links

· Track orders and share updates with customers

· Maintain order logs (Google Sheets/CRM)

· Basic Canva work for order/product posts (if needed)

Requirements:

· Fluent in written English & Hindi

· Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs/comments

· Basic Excel/Sheets skills

· Prior customer service or e‑commerce order handling preferred (freshers with good communication can apply)
