Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly to customer queries.

  • Manage and respond to inquiries via message, call, or other communication channels.

  • Handle new and existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

  • Send company profiles, catalogues, and other relevant details to new and prospective customers.

  • Prepare quotations and share them with customers as per requirements.

  • Input and process orders accurately, ensuring they are delivered on time.

  • Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues related to their orders.

  • Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Follow up on payments and maintain proper payment records.

  • Share packing lists, invoices, and dispatch details with customers and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
