Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Social Emerger Web Solutions. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 1.Handle inbound and outbound chats with international clients.
 2.Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services .
3. Engage with clients face-chat inquiries professionally.
4. Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
 5.Follow up with leads via chat, email ensure conversion.
 6.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Skills Required:
1. Excellent written English (International level communication).
 2.Basic understanding of digital marketing services .
 3.Strong sales and negotiation skills.
 4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
