Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing client coordination, quotation follow-ups, project documentation, scheduling meetings, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, vendors, and internal departments. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Client & Internal Coordination
· Act as a communication bridge between sales, design, execution, procurement, and accounts teams.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotation support and material details.
· Handle client queries and ensure timely responses.
· Support project handover documentation and closure formalities.
· Administrative Support
· Maintain CRM/data management systems and client databases.
· Assist in tender submissions, online bidding, and commercial documentation wherever required.
· Monitor pending approvals, material requirements, and project schedules.
Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Basic understanding of interior fit-out projects and BOQ terminology preferred.
· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills.
· Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
· Diploma/Certification in Sales Coordination or Interior Industry support roles is an added advantage.
Experience
· 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in interior designing, construction, or fit-out industry.
