We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for our industrial equipment business.

Candidate will handle back office coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and daily cold calling to generate new business leads.

🎯 Responsibilities

📑 Back Office Work

Maintain inquiry & quotation records in Excel
Prepare quotation drafts using company format
Send emails to customers
Follow up on pending offers
Coordinate with vendors for pricing
Maintain daily sales tracker
📞 Cold Calling
- Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to industrial companies
- Introduce company products
- Generate new inquiries
- Fix appointments for sales team
- Maintain call log and status update
  🎓 Eligibility
  - Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
  - Fresher or 1–2 years experience
  - Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  - Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email
  - Confident in talking to industrial clients
