We are a leading Audio-Visual Systems Integration company, providing cutting-edge solutions to corporate, educational, and government clients. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documents

  • Search and track government and private tenders in AV/IT space

  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams for timely inputs

  • Maintain lead and opportunity tracking using CRM or Excel

  • Support the Business Development team in pre-sales communication

  • Maintain organized records of tenders, vendor registrations, and proposals

  • Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and other coordination tasks.

Prior experience in AV/IT industry is a plus but not mandatory.
