Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to any queries / quote requests from customers

  • Securing orders by doing necessary follow-ups

  • Guiding and monitoring the "Sales Support Executive" to get operational work done accurately

  • Understanding customers deeply to strengthen customer relationship quality

  • Studying customer websites & product portfolios

  • Reviewing sales patterns to identifying declining or stopped products and understanding buying patterns

  • Identify new products, opportunities, and cross-selling items


Requirements

  • B. Com. with 2-5 years’ experience of dealing in engineering / industrial products in similar role

  • Strong communication (Writing emails / communicating with internal team)

  • Good analytical thinking (Data analysis – Sales trend)

  • Ability to study existing customers’ products portfolios and identify additional products which can be offered to customers

  • Ability to guide support team members to get the orders executed on time

       Preference for candidates with:

  • B.E. (Mechanical) and / or experience of dealing in Pneumatic Tools / parts

  • Knowledge about digital marketing

  • History of working with an export Company
