Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Pre-sales
1. Lead Handling & Follow-up
• Contact assigned leads within day of assignment.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update lead status in Excel/CRM.
• Follow up as per the defined schedule (hot, warm, cold leads).
2. Lead Qualification & Data Management
• Identify and categorize leads based on AIDA Model and readiness to convert.
• Accurately document customer responses, objections and requirements.
• Ensure Lead data is updated after each call.
3. Communication & Engagement
• Effectively communicate product/service benefits to potential clients.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales & digital marketing team for escalations.
