Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Kandivali west, Mumbai

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating communication between our sales team and other departments, as well as providing administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales leads, prospects, and customer information.

  • Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team.

  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products. Create costings of the products.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

  • Track sales activity and generate reports to ensure on time deliveries.

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and maintaining sales databases.

  • Participate in sales training programs and meetings to stay informed about product updates and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
