Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our laptop sales team. The role involves handling client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails related to laptop sales inquiries.

• Coordinate with sales executives and service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Prepare and share sales quotations and follow up with customers for approvals and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking monthly targets and achievements.

• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities as needed.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up for AMC renewals or upgrades.

• Manage product stock status and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 1+ year experience in IT product sales coordination preferred.

• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Email).

• Familiarity with laptops, desktop configurations, and IT products is an added advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
