Job Description

  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards

  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and order processing

  • Act as a communication bridge between sales teams, clients, and internal departments

  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations

  • Track customer inquiries and ensure timely responses

  • Maintain and update CRM and customer databases

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and logistics

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply/operations teams

  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions
