Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The role involves managing sales documentation, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and communicating with clients.
Coordinate with production/logistics/operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain CRM and databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Communicate internally with finance, logistics, and technical departments to support order fulfillment.
Monitor and report sales performance data weekly/monthly.
Handle incoming calls/emails related to product inquiries and route to appropriate team members.
Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or requests.
Organize and attend sales meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar coordination, support, or back-office sales role.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Language: Strong written and verbal communication in [English / local language].
