Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The role involves managing sales documentation, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and communicating with clients.

  • Coordinate with production/logistics/operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Maintain CRM and databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Communicate internally with finance, logistics, and technical departments to support order fulfillment.

  • Monitor and report sales performance data weekly/monthly.

  • Handle incoming calls/emails related to product inquiries and route to appropriate team members.

  • Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or requests.

  • Organize and attend sales meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a similar coordination, support, or back-office sales role.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

  • Language: Strong written and verbal communication in [English / local language].
