Hiring: Solar Sales Consultant – Telecalling & Field Lead Generation

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join us as Solar Sales Consultants. The role involves generating residential and commercial solar leads through telecalling, personal networking, local field visits and customer meetings.

You can work independently from anywhere within your local area. There is no requirement to report to an office daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate potential residential and commercial solar customers through telecalling.

• Conduct local field visits to identify homeowners and businesses interested in solar installation.

• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar, government subsidies and electricity bill savings.

• Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

• Arrange customer meetings and coordinate site visits with the company's technical and sales teams.

• Follow up with prospective customers and help convert leads into confirmed solar installations.

• Build local networks and generate referrals.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Initial 6 Months: Commission-Based

• Earn commissions for every successful solar client conversion.

• No fixed salary during the initial commission-based engagement.

• Work independently with flexible working hours.

Opportunity for Fixed Salary After 6 Months

Candidates demonstrating consistent performance will be eligible for consideration for a fixed salary-based position.

Minimum Performance Requirement for 3 out of 6 months:

• Generate at least 5 confirmed solar clients per month.

• Maintain this performance consistently for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.

• Demonstrate good customer handling, follow-ups and conversion skills.
