Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders to generate inquiries and follow-ups.
Handle client calls, emails, quotations, and maintain proper sales records.
Support in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Manage order processing, documentation, and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain customer database and update CRM / Excel sheets regularly.
Participate in field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations when required.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage sales coordination and client follow-up effectively.
Experience in building material/tiles/pavers industry will be an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
