 Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and client follow-ups.

 Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Stores, Dispatch) for smooth workflow.

 Maintain and manage sales data, reports, and documentation.

 Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding order status and deliveries.

 Handle inbound inquiries and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.

 Understand client needs and recommend relevant products from our range.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

 Maintain detailed records of client communication and interactions using CRM tools or Excel.
