Hiring: Sales Coordinator
Company: Yash Textile Machines Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate; a technical qualification is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order status.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
Handle customer queries and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Required Skills
Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer coordination.
Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial machinery is preferred.
Note: SAP/ERP knowledge can be considered an added advantage, if applicable.
