Job Description

Ø Quotation Preparation and follow up for orders.

Ø Correspondence with factory for Order status and inform to the client’s time to time

Ø Payment mails, calls & follow up with clients time to time.

Ø Update client for dispatched details by mail.

Ø Receiving calls / answering calls of clients time to time.

Ø Asking clients for repeat orders , new orders , new products introductions over calls and mails.

Ø Mail letter Drafting for introduction, orders and payment follow ups.

Ø Finding list of buyers from AI tools / Search engines.

Ø Client database to prepare and update time to time.

Ø Send Price list to all the clients by mail from time to time.

Ø Preparation of Price list.
