Job Description

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Taking charge of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting

• Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM

• Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building and Payment Collection

• Co-ordination with clients related to Product Information, technical & commercial requirements

• Doing Digital Marketing Activities

• Keeping the Track of Sales Orders and Reporting to concern Head,

• Lead Generation through online search, Email marketing and calling prospect customers

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relations

• Addressing the customer queries and complaints through phone

• Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference

• Supporting the Sales team to meet assigned quarterly and annual sales targets

• Helping the sales team by taking appointments for Meeting with customers for product presentation and

final sales

• Follow up with customers for Orders, enquiries, technical details and final payment
