Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and client requirements
Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain customer databases and update CRM/ERP systems regularly
Process sales orders and coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and operations teams
Track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Support the sales team in lead management and customer coordination
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records
Resolve client issues and provide backend support for smooth business operations
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Good analytical and documentation skills
Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an added advantag
