Sales Coordinator / Executive

We're looking for a Post Sales Coordinator to join our team! You'll be the key contact for customers after they've placed an order, ensuring smooth delivery and installation of our uPVC products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery

• - Handle customer queries and concerns

  - Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules

  - Resolve post-sales issues and complaints

  - Work with dealers and customers to schedule installations

  - Maintain accurate records and reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience Range of 2 to 3 years. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
