Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team for sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices.

Process and manage orders in ERP and track them from confirmation to delivery.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and queries.

Prepare and maintain documents like sales orders, delivery challans, tax invoices, and credit/debit notes while ensuring GST and HSN compliance.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports and track pending orders, dispatch, and customer outstanding balances.

Coordinate internally with accounts, purchase/import, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
