Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring smooth order execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. • Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
• Follow up with clients for quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status in ERP/Excel. • Assist the sales team in tender documentation and project coordination. • Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on order progress.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or building materials industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
