1.Handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely responses to customers.

2.Order Processing and Management

3.Ensuring accurate order entry and tracking, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery

4.Maintaining accurate customer databases, tracking sales activities, and preparing reports on sales performance.

5.Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, managing schedules, and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources to achieve their goals.

6.Maintaining organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related document

7.Coordination with the MT Channel & other channel to take appointment of shipments

8.Handle swiggy,blinkit,zepto & other quickcom platforms & their timely delivery and payment follow-up
