We are seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive to support the sales team through coordination, follow-ups, first-level sales calls, and reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and execution-focused support to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments
Make first-level sales calls to potential and existing clients
Handle cold calling and lead follow-ups
Maintain and update customer and lead records
Follow up with clients
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the manager
Assist in sales execution and day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure timely task execution and status updates
Support sales campaigns and business development activities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
Comfortable with cold calling and coordination work
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
