Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial flooring markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
Present product offerings (epoxy, micro cement, PU coatings, terrazzo, stamped concrete, etc.) with technical and aesthetic expertise.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
Proven experience in sales, ideally in construction, flooring, or building materials
