Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in CRM systems accurately.
Handle property booking processes, verification, and maintain documentation records.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and client updates.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, booking status reports, and payment schedules.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Assist clients with project details, payment status, and documentation requirements.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of agreements, invoices, and booking forms.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Entry, Basic Reports)
Strong documentation and record management skills
Good communication & customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology
