Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating the sales process and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with sales-related activities to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating Leads through cold callings.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives up-to-date support materials.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable,
Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Update Sales report on ERP Software (Sales Nayak) on daily basis.
Organise Client visits to Hybon Showroom.
Get Quotations / Offers prepared for clients.
