Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator with an engineering background to
support our field sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for both colleagues and
customers, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and efficient documentation management.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s operations to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, sending quotations, and maintaining important
documents.
• Prepare tenders documents in coordination with the sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM software to monitor team progress and generate reports.
• Organize and store sales data in electronic databases and project folders.
• Ensure availability and accuracy of sales materials such as catalogues, emailers, and website content.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
• PO updation in ERP system
• Payment follows up with customers
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales coordination
• Engineering background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good email drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM / ERP or other database-driven applications.
• Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong team player with high levels of dedication.
• Education: BSc/BA/BCom
