Sales Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads generated through various channels.

• Counsel students regarding course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures.

• Understand student needs and provide accurate course details, fee structures, eligibility, and batch schedules.

• Follow up with interested students via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all communication and leads in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and admissions.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to courses and the admission process.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
