Hiring: Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive – B2B

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to manage B2B sales inquiries generated through IndiaMART and other online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for responding to leads, communicating with customers, preparing quotations, following up, and converting inquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to IndiaMART B2B leads and inquiries on a daily basis.
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their requirements.
Generate quotations and share product details, pricing, and delivery information.
Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain lead status.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams for order processing.
Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports for management.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of B2B sales and lead conversion.
Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred

Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, or similar B2B platforms.
Previous experience in B2B product sales.
Experience handling bulk orders and dealer/distributor inquiries.
