Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing sales reports, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calls with clients and sales executives.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, and delivery status.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Ensure timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other documentation.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events when required.
