Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Retention
Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide exceptional post-sale customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers using a consultative approach.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration
Understand the features and benefits of the company’s products/services thoroughly.
Deliver compelling presentations or demonstrations to clients.
Handle customer queries with in-depth product knowledge.
Negotiation and Closing Deals
Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive proposals or quotes.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
Ensure all sales transactions are documented accurately and comply with company policies.
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to meet customer needs.
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
