Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention

    • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

    • Provide exceptional post-sale customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  2. Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

    • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers using a consultative approach.

  3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration

    • Understand the features and benefits of the company’s products/services thoroughly.

    • Deliver compelling presentations or demonstrations to clients.

    • Handle customer queries with in-depth product knowledge.

  4. Negotiation and Closing Deals

    • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive proposals or quotes.

    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.

    • Ensure all sales transactions are documented accurately and comply with company policies.

  5. Reporting and Analysis

    • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

    • Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

  1. Collaboration

    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to meet customer needs.

    • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
