🔍 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Call and follow up on leads & enquiries

🔹 Convert prospects into successful sales

🔹 Maintain customer relationships and track interactions

🔹 Update and manage data using Excel/CRM tools

✅ Requirements:

🔹 Experience or knowledge in the mobile industry (especially 2nd-hand/refurbished devices preferred)

🔹 Basic understanding of refurbished phones/appliances

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Working knowledge of MS Excel
