SALES COORDINATOR required urgent for established Engineering co.         

Location: Ambernath East, Anand Nagar MIDC

Salary: Rs 20000 to 30000 pm (in hand 18000 to 27000 + PF)

Weekly off: Sundays

Work timings: 9 am to 5 pm

Job Purpose:

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information as per the organizational objectives

Main responsibilities: 

Maintaining records of inquiry and all documents related to inquiry

Coordination with estimation team and clients

Preparing quotations and follow up for the same

Sending introduction letters/ mails, Catalogues etc (Soft & Hardcopies)

Tracking, follow up & checking new enquiries and tenders on portals and prepare all necessary documents related to tenders

Preparing purchase order register and follow-up for the new PO with team

Use social media, digital Marketing tools like FB, Linkedin, Emails etc

Assist in preparing reports: Weekly Sales Report, Goal Sheets, Customer Feedback

Maintain complaint register, coronating with customer and team for addressing the same.

Candidate profile: 

Graduate with minimum 3 years of sales coordination experience

Experience in preparing proposals, estimations and tenders required

Good ability to think critically, understand customer needs and solve problems.

Confident, assertive and having excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Computer literate - Must be comfortable working on MS Office applications like word, excel, and power point.

Comfortable with use of internet & social media

Able to gather and maintain data and present it whenever required.
