We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team.
Key Responsibility:
1. Develop, deliver, and manage engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing employees.
2. Create training materials, presentations, role-play scenarios, and e-learning modules.
3. Ensure consistent reinforcement of company sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Requirement:
1. Must have good communications skills.
2. Experience must have in Sales, prefer in Insurance or Finance.
3. Core Sales Experience is mandatory.
