We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at at Decent Payroll Management Services. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Management.
Maintain records of customer orders, amendments, and cancellations.
Customer Communication & Support.
Serve as the point of contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Sales Coordination & Reporting.
Support the sales team with documentation, quotation preparation, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update sales records.
Inventory & Production Coordination.
Liaise with production planning and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
Forecast demand based on sales trends and coordinate restocking or manufacturing needs.
Data Management.
Compliance & Documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
