Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administration preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for customer support.
Schedule installation, maintenance, repair, and service visits.
Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
Maintain service records, warranty details, and customer history.
Coordinate spare parts requirements with stores and purchase teams.
Collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
Prepare service reports and pending complaint status reports.
Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams.
