Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at at Ambience airtech pvt ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and closures.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and documentation.

• Handle customer inquiries and share product/service information.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and client databases.

• Communicate with internal departments (operations, finance, support) to facilitate order processing.

• Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for sales executives.

• Support the sales manager in monthly/quarterly forecasting.

• Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues with coordination.

• Handle basic administrative work related to sales operations.

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
