Job Description – Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Wagholi Pune
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Education: Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive

1️⃣ Lead Handling & Follow-up

Follow up on assigned leads and inquiries from marketing, references, or exhibitions
Maintain lead and customer data in the sales tracking system

2️⃣ Customer Coordination

Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and visits to understand basic requirements
Share customer requirements with internal teams for further processing

3️⃣ Quotation Support

Assist in preparation and sharing of quotations and commercial offers
Coordinate with seniors for pricing approvals and negotiations

4️⃣ Order Processing

Support in obtaining Purchase Orders (POs) and verifying order details
Update order status and follow up internally for confirmations

5️⃣ Internal Coordination

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution
Keep customers informed about delivery and order status

6️⃣ Payment & Relationship Support

Follow up with customers for payments as per agreed term and Support in maintaining customer relationships and repeat orders
